Taking place around 10 years after Revenge of the Sith (2005), Obi-Wan Kenobi is a spinoff dedicated to the Jedi master. Ewan McGregor reprises his role as Kenobi and headlines Funko Pop Star Wars Obi-Wan Kenobi. Tala Durith was an Imperial officer stationed on Mapuzo. She joined the Empire to try and make a difference but eventually saw the Empire for its tyranny. She became a member of a secret underground movement helping smuggle the surviving Jedi to safety. Kawlan Roken was part of the underground network known as The Path. The Path were friends of the Jedi who smuggled Force sensitives and remaining Jedi to safety during the Great Jedi Purge. Funko has revealed the first few POP! from the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ series. Much like the past Disney+ Star Wars & Marvel shows, new product will be revealed a few days after every episode, and in Obi-Wan’s case, it will be every “Obi-Wan Wednesday.” The Obi-Wan series takes place 10 years so after the events of Revenge of the Sith.
